Retrieve your password

If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it with your Wondershare ID.

In the Login panel, click “Forget your password?”.

Enter the email address associated with your Wondershare ID and click NEXT STEP

A verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. Enter the verification code you received and click NEXT STEP.

Set a new password and click ‘Reset Password’.

Change Wondershare ID Password

To ensure the security of your account, it’s a good idea to periodically change your WSID password. Here’s how to do it:

Sign in with your Wondershare ID at https://filmora.wondershare.net/ or access the sign-in window via Filmstock https://filmstock.wondershare.com/?fs_channel=ws_cpc and log in.

On https://filmora.wondershare.net/, click My Account and change your password in Settings.

If prompted, enter your current password to verify your identity. Then enter your new password twice to confirm and click Submit.

On https://filmstock.wondershare.com?fs_channel=ws_cpc, click manage account and then go to Account tab to change your password.
